During Pre-Con, in collaboration with architects, designers, and other project partners, we guide you through the steps to get your home plans in place.

  • Refine your ideas into a cohesive and buildable design

  • During Pre-Construction, we map out timelines that reflect real-world conditions, and develop detailed cost projections and estimates. We operate on a Fixed-Fee pricing structure, which ensures that all incentives for the Homeowner, Architect, and project team are aligned.

  • We get ahead of permitting, approvals, and other requirements that help us stay on target and prevent delays.
